as a massive tetris addict and moderate idle game enjoyer, this is/was a very fun game, however it can be unfriendly to beginners, so the difficulty curve could be adjusted a little.

the game starts very slowly, but as soon as you get the last ai level, it starts to be surprisingly fast, idk if this is by design but it seems a little weird.

overall the game is good, there could be another prestige layer for more overpowered things (e.g. +1 mino per drop) and something so active play is more rewarded.

good job/10

ps: a solution for the lag issue can be to just place it instantly at small intervals, not bothering with gravity and stuff

Very cool thoughts

I enjoyed playing this, but having two AI boards on full speed made my entire PC lock up. Everything went black and my PC became completely unresponsive - even the power/reset buttons stopped working. I had to turn off the power on the PSU in order to restart it. Will try again in the future if there's an update, maybe. It's a cool concept!

Fun :) Thank you for the comment.

Unfortunate about that PC issue; I don't believe Javascript code sandboxed in a browser could cause such a thing, but perhaps there was a bug with the browser or something else with your PC's hardware. I've never had this issue you mention and haven't seen anyone else comment about it.

I've been hard at work on a desktop game Journey to Royn for 12 months. A newer version of Idle Tetris exists on my computer (with fun things like unique and wacky achievements with rewards), but I'm not likely to work on it for a bit because of my large complex exciting project.

I guess I can't be 100% sure that the game caused the problem, but in 30 years of using a PC I've never seen that happen before...

could you slow the tetris speed down? havent even been able to upgrade once

bro the "skill issue tax" when topping out is absurd
-100???

When decreasing prices, the minimum required amount of Minos owned to buy an item does not decrease.

Also, the AI tops out a bit much for my liking, and I believe the reason it does so is because it doesn't see temporarily cutting off a one-wide well as a potential option to reduce stack size.

I believe if you upgrade the AI, its strategy improves a tiny bit. But if I made the AI too good, there would be little incentive to play.

Good comments, thank you!

i finally got a level 2 ai after forever.

yippie.

congratulations!
