Update of February 3rd 2024

In roughly 15 hours of programming work, these features have been added to Animation Buddy

New experiences

- An optional video scrollbar can now be toggled on by setting a hotkey for it

- Hotkeys can now be configured to require window focus (window focus is now indicated by the window border being slightly yellow-green)

- Holding "Ctrl" and clicking frames on the timeline allows you to highlight frames

- Users may now customize the colors of Animation Buddy by holding "Ctrl" and "Shift" and clicking a visual element

Minor changes

- The video is no longer drawn under the window borders

- Frames now have a pattern that highlights every 2nd/4th/8th frame. The timeline is also visually simpler.

- Removed "Toggle Window Frame" button

- The timeline is now drawn faster

- New default hotkey set

- Lots of little stuff.
